We don’t believe that fundamental change can be accomplished by hiring large numbers of external consultants. In our vision, sustainable change can only be realized by internal staff. Our role as a consultant is to manage and accelerate this process.
Our assignments mostly focus on reorganization of the operations. The trigger for our assignments lies in mergers, take-overs, and market crises. Both down-scaling and corporate development are in most cases part of our projects. Alignment of the organization to the strategy is always the core.
